Our UPLOAD ARTWORK area is designed to ensure that your customized trade show display astounds audiences through its vibrance and clarity. With this goal in mind, it’s crucial to adhere to the following recommended artwork instructions so that we can produce the sharpest, most eye-catching graphic prints for you and your brand.
Supported File Types
We provide artwork templates for our trade show displays. Artwork templates can be found on applicable product pages .pdf formats. These formats ensure quality, high-resolution images that result in clear, vibrant graphics. While we prefer the aforementioned file types, the UPLOAD ARTWORK accepts the following raster and vector image file formats:
Encapsulated PostScript file (*.eps)
Adobe Acrobat document (*.pdf)
Adobe Illustrator CS6 artwork (*.ai)
File Preparation Tips
All final print-ready graphic files must be flattened to a single layer and built at 150 DPI (Dots Per Inch) in CMYK mode with all guidelines and template layers removed.
The maximum file size per graphic file is 100 MB. Any files that exceed the 100 MB maximum will not be accepted. If your graphic file is too large, please compress your graphic file into an acceptable size.
If you require a Pantone color matching service, the elements in your file must be created with that Pantone color. You must provide the Pantone color number(s) upon uploading your artwork, or we cannot guarantee color-matching. We limit color matching to two (2) color call-outs.
File Preparation Instructions
It is best to embed all images and outline all text to ensure that nothing will drop out or change during file transfer.
Our preferred file type to receive is an 8-bit flattened .tiff file at 150 DPI in CMYK mode, built to the dimensions of the product's respective template.
Do not include any bleeds in your layout. This particularly applies to graphics designed in Adobe Illustrator.
Design your artwork to the "Overall Graphic Layout Size" of the template while keeping the important text and logos in the safe viewable areas. We generate proofs from the artwork submitted and don't necessarily know "That wasn't supposed to wrap around to the back!"
Pantone Color Matching Rules
If you have properly built your artwork with Pantone colors (in the areas you wish to match), we can perform a color match. We only match 100% solid Pantone color. We do not match any type of gradient, images (e.g., a photograph of a person or landscape) or a percentage of a Pantone color.
Should you request a Pantone match with your artwork not being built with them, we will respectfully either ask that you waive matching or request that you resubmit artwork that's been corrected with them now in the file(s).

You may either upload artwork now or upload to Dropbox.com, WeTransfer.com or Drive.google.com with the sharing link to our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Choose the State and input the Zip Code to calculate shipping for your desired display. Since we’re offering FREE SHIPPING SITEWITE (*Exclusions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.). We only use these for shipping information.
Click Checkout button that will lead you up to order confirmation page.
Proceed to Checkout
Checkout as guest or registered account, fill out the billing and delivery details required, choose delivery and payment method and you may add comments about your order. Lastly, click Confirm Order that will lead you up to PayPal official website to complete the payment.
Our professional designers will approve the artwork you uploaded as soon as possible.
Put into Production
Once we have your artwork approval, our production team will start to produce a gorgeous display for you.
We enforce a strict quality assurance management before order delivery in order to provide you with the superior trade show displays.

Order Changes & Cancellations
All order changes must be made in writing to email@example.com. Any verbal order changes will not be accepted. Order changes include but are not limited to changes in shipping addresses, changes in order timeframes, or changes in products purchased. All change orders are subject to additional charges or refunds when applicable. All change orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 50% of the retail value of the goods when applicable. Package re-routes due to shipping address changes may also incur additional fees issue by DHL, FedEx or UPS. All payments for change orders must be paid in full for an order change to be accepted and moved onto the next step in production or shipping.
Orders must be cancelled before any production work is done. This includes artwork proofing. All order cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. When an order is cancelled after the order has been placed, the order may be subject to cancellation charges which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Once either hardware has shipped out and/or artwork proofs have been approved, no order cancellation will be accepted. All order cancellations are subject to a restocking fee up to 75% of the retail value of the goods. The following are some examples of circumstances where restocking fees would apply: customized graphics have been put into production, or products have been pulled from stock shelves to fulfill order. Graphic Design time is non-refundable even with an order cancellation. Any time that has been spent designing your exhibit or display with not be refunded. SIGN LEADER INCORPORATION also reserves the right to cancel any order based on a customer interaction(s) of any of the following; uses very rude language in writing or over the phone, bullying behavior, cusses or swear verbally or in writing.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
SIGN LEADER INCORPORATION provides a limited lifetime warranty on the following items: Pop-Up Display pop-up frames against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during normal use. All repairs needed that coincide with this limited lifetime warranty policy will be done at no charge with the exception of shipping and handling charges. This warranty does not extend to any SIGN LEADER INCORPORATION products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or used in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than SIGN LEADER INCORPORATION This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the original CUSTOMER. Graphics & Customized Products
All graphics and customized product orders claims must be reported within twenty-four hours of receipt of merchandise. All claims include but are not limited to any such discrepancy between the approved proofs that were sent via email and the merchandise that was received. All claims must be made in writing within twenty-four hours from the time of receipt of merchandise and should be directed to email@example.com. All claims made after the twenty-four hour period of receipt of merchandise will not be honored.
All printed graphics orders are to be cared for very carefully. SIGN LEADER INCORPORATION must make the warning that all graphics purchased must be rolled with the graphic side of a graphic outward. If you need further help with an explanation of this, please contact us. If this careful instruction is not followed, then delamination will most likely occur and SIGN LEADER INCORPORATION accepts no responsibility for any such damage to graphics.
All graphics purchased from SIGN LEADER INCORPORATION are considered final sales. There is no warranty or refund period for graphics purchases.
Email, Mail, & Telephone Marketing
If you provide us your email address with your order, you may receive periodic emails from us regarding new product announcements, sales and close-out specials. We do not share your email address with any other parties. With any email we send, you always have the option to unsubscribe from our customer email list.
If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please contact us and provide us with your exact name and address. We will be sure your name is removed from the list.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online. If you do not wish to receive such telephone contact, please contact us and provide us with your name and phone number. We will be sure your name is removed.
Advertising, Remarketing, & Demographics
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. Signleader shall not be liable for any import taxes & duties, and any loss, delay, or damage of items shipped, while in the hands of a local custom. In addition, Signleader shall not be held responsible in the event that the local custom confiscates, holds, or denies release of the Shipment to the receiver.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that SIGN LEADER INCORPORATION shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if SIGN LEADER INCORPORATION has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
