a. Custom displays and customized products, including orders with custom text, imprinting, or graphics, are not eligible for return or exchange due to their custom nature.
b. Signleader. Inc. will not be held liable for any shipping product delays if the order was shipped out on the day specified. The delivery times indicated on this website is only estimates. And these estimates should not be misconstrued as actual amounts of time for production.
c. Return/Refund requests are made more than three business days of the receipt date.
2. RETURNABLE ITEMS
If your product is damaged or defective, please find your order in your Order History to apply for return within three business days after receiving the product to request an RMA number.
There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not damaged. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and the restocking fee. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.
Please contact us within 3 days if you intend to return any item to our store. Many of our items are not eligible for this returns policy, such as custom-printed graphics or made-to-order exhibits. Items returned to us after 3 days will not be accepted.
3. PACKING ITEMS TO RETURN
All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment. Packages returned to our location or our supplier's warehouses without authorization will be refused upon delivery.
4. REFUNDS & CREDITS
Please allow one week to process your return and refund. We can only provide credit for the item price. Shipping costs are not refundable.
