Our custom pole flags can transform your logo or artwork into a dynamic flying reality. Installing a flag onto a flag pole and bracket kit is a quick and simple process. When displaying without a flagpole, use string, rope, or zip ties to loop through the grommets to secure it in place. Our full color dye-sublimated prints are now available in a traditional rectangular flag, complete with a pole pocket or hem and grommet strip.
1. Graphic
Signleader offers you both- single and two-sided flag printing. Based on your budget, you can choose the single sided or double sided option while placing your online flag order here:
a. Double sided pole flags are the most visible and effective form of teardrop flags, giving you the ability to print your design on both sides. Each side can be the same or different, depending on your needs..We recommend double sided for all your teardrop flags, as it provides the most vibrant and noticeable graphics from any direction.
b. Single sided pole flags are printed on one side only. As a result, the design is “print through”, which means that your design will be slightly visible from the back side. Single sided are not as effective as double sided but are more cost sensitive.
2. Base
Choices for bases include flag pole and bracket:
a. The Flag Pole and Bracket Kit : The Flag Pole and Bracket Kit is perfect for those wishing to display their Custom Pole Flag. Buy the pole or the bracket separately or as a set.
b. Bracket: The bracket has two positions for displaying the pole.

Q1: What material is the custom pole flag made from?

Our custom rectangle flag is made from a durable 4 oz. polyester fabric. The material is the most ideal material for flags due to its durable, flexible and long lasting print quality features.
Q2: Do I need to buy flag poles and a base?
A2:
If you are purchasing flags for the first time from us, then we recommend buying the flag with the poles and base so you receive the full flag kit. If you have already purchased poles and a base from us, you can easily purchase just the flags. By default, there are three ways for customers to purchase: "Hardware+Graphic," "Graphic Only," and "Hardware Only." For the flag product, "Hardware+Graphic" means flag banner+pole; "Graphic Only" means flag banner only; "Hardware Only" means pole only. And the flag base is the upgrade accessories.
Q3: Do you offer double sided pole flags?

Yes, single-sided and double-sided feather flags are also available. Single-sided flags are more translucent, while double-sided flags offer more vibrant color saturation. Single sided flags will be printed on one side and blank on the back. Double sided flags will have your artwork printed on both sides of the flag. For artwork, single sided flags will need one page of artwork, and double-sided flags will need two pages.
Q4: Can I wash my custom pole flags?

Yes you can wash your flags since our custom flags are made from durable 4 oz. polyester material. This material is washable, and putting it into the washing machine will be just fine. We recommend washing with cold water and letting it air dry for best results.
Q5: When will you ship out the custom flag?

All the custom flag orders are shipped out the next business day if you place your order, complete your payment and you approve the artwork for printing before 5 pm PST.
Q6: What do I do if I don't know how to design the artwork for the custom flag?

There are several options on how to properly design your artwork:

Select the product you are interested in purchasing. On the product page underneath the images, there is a Templates tab that will show you the artwork templates we have available for the product. Select the PDF or PNG artwork template and download it. Download the PDF template for designing your artwork in AI Illustrator, and the PNG template for designing your artwork in Photoshop.

If you prefer to design your artwork in Canva, please email us at sales@signleaderdisplay.com and we will share a Canva link with you that has the artwork template(s) ready for you to begin putting your design together. Our designer is able to see any adjustments being made to the artwork in live time so if you have any questions or concerns with designing your artwork, you can always email us and our designer will be happy to help you anyway that they can.

You can always send us your artwork via email at sales@signleaderdisplay.com anytime and our design team offers free artwork checks and basic guidance to help you make sure that your artwork is fully print-ready. We offer Free Ground Shipping on all USA orders of $500 and above (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico).
Q8: How long does it take to create my advertising flag?

Custom flag orders are printed quickly. We will ship your order out the next business day once it has been placed with artwork, as long as we have your approval to begin printing before 5pm PST. Ground shipping is free on all orders over $500 and the shipping time is typically 2-5 business days depending on the location (East Coast = 5 business days). If you need your order delivered sooner than that, we offer other shipping methods to better suit your needs.
Q9: What flag printing technology do you use?

We use dye-sublimation technology for printing flags, and it will be scratch resistant and has a high-quality finish.
Q10: Can I purchase several or more flags using the same design?

Yes, Please choose the quantities you need before payment. If all the flags are the same shape and size, buy once and use a design tool to send or design artwork. Different shapes and sizes must place orders separately.
Q11: How to install the custom pole flag?

How to install the custom pole flag:
Step 1: Take the poles from largest to smallest and slide them into each other. The one with the little knob is the top pole.
Step 2: Slide the printed flag over the top of the pole then connect the bungee cord.
Step 3: Install the base and insert the flag into it. For example: take the ground stake and hammer it into the ground, then insert the installed flag into the ground stake.
